Who are we?
Hey, I’m Flavia.
I created LaForme because I was tired of feeling tired, bloated, and disconnected from my body. I was also frustrated seeing so many other women struggle with the same thing. After being diagnosed with a metabolic disorder, I realized how few products were actually built for women’s needs. Most formulas were just repackaged men’s supplements or overhyped blends that didn’t work.
So I teamed up with experts to make what was missing: a clean, effective formula to help women feel stronger, more energized, and in balance.
LaForme means “the shape” in French. It’s not just about how you look. It’s about the shape you give your strength, your health, and your life.
